- บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการเข้าชมงาน และ/หรือร่วมกิจกรรม หากพบการฝ่าฝืนกฏระเบียบการเข้าชมงาน
- การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด บริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
Remarks :
- The lucky draw will be announced on Sunday, November 24, 2024, via SIAM J-SHOW Social Media.
- Each ticket allows entry to only one random activity (random selection to participate in Group Photo, receive a Signed Poster, or receive a Signed Polaroid).
- The date, time, and location of the Group Photo event will be announced later.
- The Hi-Bye activity will take place after the Fan Concert.
- Participants in the Group Photo event agree to allow the company to publish the photos for the purpose of delivering them in a manner deemed appropriate by the company without prior notice.
- The company reserves the right to deny entry to the event and/or participation in activities if there is any violation of the event's rules.
- The company's decision is final. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

- การนำบัตรไปขายต่อหรือแจกเพื่อการโฆษณาหรือประชาสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ ถือว่ามีความผิดทางกฎหมาย
- การซื้อบัตรคอนเสิร์ตหมายถึงผู้ซื้อยอมรับตามข้อตกลงที่ทางผู้จัดงานกำหนดข้างต้นแล้วทุกประการ
- หากทำบัตรสูญหาย ไม่ออกบัตรให้ใหม่ในทุกกรณี และไม่สามารถเข้างานได้
Ticket Purchase Terms :
- Limit of 4 tickets per purchase.
- Ticket prices do not include payment fees.
- Reselling or distributing tickets for advertising or promotional purposes without the company's permission is considered illegal.
- Purchasing concert tickets signifies that the buyer fully agrees to all terms and conditions set by the event organizer.
- If the ticket is lost, it will not be reissued under any circumstances, and entry to the event will not be allowed.
กฎระเบียบและมาตรการเข้าชมงานของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน :
- ผู้เข้าชมจะต้องแสดงบัตรเข้าชมการแสดง (e-ticket) ก่อนเข้าฮอลล์การแสดง
- ห้ามนำไม้เซลฟี่, กล้องถ่ายรูป, กล้องวิดีโอ, กล้องโพลารอยด์, แท็บเล็ต (ที่มีขนาดหน้าจอตั้งแต่ 7 นิ้วขึ้นไป), และอุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพ และเสียงอื่นๆ เข้าภายในฮอลล์การแสดง
- ห้ามบันทึกภาพนิ่ง, วิดีโอ, เสียง และไลฟ์สด(ถ่ายทอดสด) ตลอดการชมงาน ด้วยกล้องถ่ายรูป, กล้องวิดีโอ, แท็บเล็ต และอุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพ และเสียงอื่นๆ
- ห้ามนำแท่งไฟยาวเกิน 30 ซม., ป้ายไฟ ป้ายกระดาษขนาดเกิน A4 รวมถึงพัดและตุ๊กตาขนาดเกิน 30 ซม., เก้าอี้พับ, บันไดขนาดเล็ก, กระบองลม, ลูกโป่ง, ลูกบอล, นกหวีด, แตร, โทรโข่ง, ปากกาเลเซอร์, ร่มยาว และร่มปลายแหลม เข้างาน
- ห้ามนำอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม แอลกอฮอล์ บุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า สารเสพติด อาวุธ วัตถุมีคม วัตถุระเบิด และวัตถุอันตรายอื่นๆ เข้าภายในงาน
- หากมีอาการป่วย ไอ จาม มีน้ำมูก หรือมีไข้สูงเกินกว่า 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส และหากมีผลตรวจโควิด-19 เป็นบวก ผู้จัดมีสิทธิปฏิเสธการเข้าชมการแสดงได้ โดยทางผู้จัดสงวนสิทธิในการไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
Event Participation Measurement and regulations :
- All audiences must present their e- ticket before entering the hall.
- Selfie sticks, cameras, video cameras, polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devices are strictly prohibited in the hall.
- Photo, video, and audio recording, as well as live streaming on social media, are not permitted using cameras, tablets, or other recording devices.
- Light sticks bigger than 30 cm, led banner & paper bigger than A4, fan and the doll bigger than 30 cm, folding chair, mini ladder, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns, megaphones, laser pointers, Long Umbrella and Umbrella with sharp-edged, are not allowed in the hall.
- Do not bring foods, beverages, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, explosives and other hazardous substances into the hall.
- If any participant exhibits symptoms of illness such as a cough, sneeze, runny nose, or fever above 37.5 degrees Celsius, and if they are tested positive for COVID-19, the event organizer reserves the right to refuse their participation. The team reserves the right to deny ticket refunds in any case.
เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตร E-Ticket เข้างานของ I HAVE TICKET :
- บัตรเข้างานในรูปแบบ E-Ticket ที่ซื้อผ่านทาง I HAVE TICKET Application (สามารถใช้ได้ทั้ง iOS และ Android) หรือ www.ihaveticket.com เท่านั้น
- เมื่อถึงหน้างาน ให้ท่านเตรียมหน้า E-Ticket ที่แสดง QR Code เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่สแกนบัตร และลงทะเบียนแลกรับริสแบนด์สำหรับใช้เข้างาน
- บัตร E-Ticket ทุกใบ ต้องแลกรับสายริสแบนด์เพื่อใช้เข้างาน
- สายริสแบนด์ต้องสวมใส่ตลอดภายในงาน ขอความกรุณา ห้ามถอด ตัด ทำหลุด ชำรุด หรือสูญหายโดยเด็ดขาด ไม่มีการออกบัตรหรือรับสายริสแบนด์ใหม่ให้ทุกรณี
Conditions for using E-Tickets to enter I HAVE TICKET events :
- Entrance tickets in the form of E-Tickets can be purchased via the I HAVE TICKET Application (available for both iOS and Android) or www.ihaveticket.com only.
- When arriving at the event, Please prepare the E-Ticket page showing the QR Code for the staff to scan the ticket. Register to receive a wristband for use at the event.
- Every E-Ticket must be exchanged for a wristband to enter the event.
- Wristbands must always be worn during the event. Please do not remove, cut, lose, damage, or lose them at all. No new tickets or wristbands will be issued in any case.
เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกบัตร/โอนสิทธิ์บัตรเข้างาน (E-Ticket) ให้กับผู้อื่น :
- เมื่อชำระเงินแล้วไม่สามารถยกเลิกบัตรหรือขอคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี ยกเว้นทางผู้จัดมีมาตรการหรือเงื่อนไขให้ขอคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกงานเองเท่านั้น
- หากจองบัตรแล้ว แต่ไม่สามารถไปร่วมงาน ท่านสามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ โดยถ่ายสำเนาบัตรประชาชนพร้อมเซ็นมอบอำนาจให้ผู้ที่มาแทน (สงวนสิทธิ์การโอนสิทธิ์ได้แค่ 1 ครั้ง เท่านั้น) แจ้งเปลี่ยนชื่อได้ที่ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า Line OA : @cs.ihaveticket
- ผู้ซื้อบัตรโปรดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่แฝงมาในรูปแบบการซื้อบัตรหรือจองบัตรนอกระบบ ควรสมัครสมาชิกเพื่อซื้อบัตรผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์มโดยตรงเท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่มีการซื้อบัตรต่อมาจากบุคคลหรือช่องทางอื่น ๆ
Conditions for transferring rights to I HAVE TICKET E-Ticket :
- Once payment has been made, the ticket cannot be canceled or refunded, except that the organizer has measures or conditions to request a refund or cancel the event only.
- Transferring rights if you have reserved a ticket but cannot attend the event You can transfer your rights to others. By making a photocopy of your ID card Ready to sign power of attorney for the person who replaces you. (Reserve the right to transfer rights only 1 time)

รายละเอียดการขอใบกำกับภาษี
ท่านสามารถส่งข้อมูลหน้ารายการสั่งซื้อ พร้อมข้อมูลที่ใช้ประกอบในการขอเอกสาร รายละเอียดดังนี้
- ผู้ซื้อบัตรกรุณาแจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษี ภายใน 15 วัน ที่ทำการซื้อบัตร และแจ้งก่อนวันแสดงเท่านั้น
- แจ้งชื่อ / เบอร์โทร / ที่อยู่ ในนามของบุคคลหรือบริษัท ที่ต้องการให้ออกใบกำกับภาษี
- แจ้งชื่อ / ที่อยู่ / เบอร์โทร ของผู้รับใบกำกับภาษีทางไปรษณีย์
- หากต้องการขอใบกำกับภาษีในนามบริษัท กรุณาแจ้งเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีอากรของบริษัท พร้อมระบุสาขาของบริษัท

การขอคืนค่าบัตร
เนื่องจากทางผู้จัดงาน Siam J-show Fan Concert ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานที่การแสดง
สำหรับลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตรแล้ว : ท่านสามารถใช้ E-Ticket เข้าร่วมงานในวันและเวลาที่ทางงานได้แจ้งปรับเปลี่ยนใหม่ได้
กรณีลูกค้าต้องการคืนบัตร : ทางผู้จัด จะทำการคืนเงินให้กับท่าน โดย I HAVE TICKET จะเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและหลักฐาน หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ และ การชำระเงิน ส่งข้อมูลให้กับทางผู้จัดเพื่อดำเนินการคืนเงินต่อไป ท่านสามารถ ส่งหลักฐานมาได้ที่ LineOA : @cs.ihaveticket ภายในวันที่ 27 พ.ย. 2567 ระยะเวลาการตรวจสอบภายใน 7วันทำการ ขั้นตอนการคืนเงินต่างๆท่านสามารถติดต่อสอบถามได้กับทางผู้จัดงาน ที่ช่องทาง FB : SIAM J-SHOW

Request for Ticket Refund
Because of the organizer of the Siam J-show Fan Concert There has been a change in the performance venue.
For customers who have already purchased tickets: You can use an e-ticket to attend the event on the date and time the event is notified of the change
In case the customer wants to return the card: The organizer will refund the money to you. I HAVE a TICKET, and I will inspect the information and evidence. The order number and payment information were sent to the organizer for further refund processing. You can send evidence to LineOA: @cs.ihaveticket by 27 Nov. 2024. The verification period is within 7 days. For various refund procedures, you can contact and inquire with the organizer at the channel FB: SIAM J-SHOW.
